This overview explains the privacy framework used by PT Rental AutoPilot ("Rental AutoPilot", "we", "us", or "our"). The focused notices below describe the information and controls relevant to each part of the service in more detail. More than one notice may apply to you.
This framework is prepared with reference to applicable Indonesian laws and regulations, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection, the Electronic Information and Transactions legislation and its amendments, Government Regulation No. 71 of 2019, and other applicable implementing regulations as amended from time to time.

Public website
For visitors to our marketing pages and people who submit a demo or sales inquiry. It explains site logs, contact forms, cookies, analytics, and optional browser location.
Platform & CMS
For client administrators, owners, staff, guests, and users whose reservations, messages, financial or operational data is processed through Rental AutoPilot.
Staff App
For users of the Rental AutoPilot Staff app. It explains notifications, contacts, precise and background location, attendance proof, liveness checks, camera use, and PLN meter OCR.
Connected services
The Platform notice includes a dedicated explanation of Google Workspace and Gmail API data, as well as other client-selected integrations.
Our roles and the client's role
Rental AutoPilot directly determines how it handles its own website inquiries, account administration, service security, and legal records. For guest, owner, staff, property, reservation, message, and operational information submitted or connected by a client, the client generally decides why the information is used and who may access it, while Rental AutoPilot processes it to provide the configured service. The exact legal role depends on the context, applicable law, and the contract with that client.
If your information was supplied by a villa, employer, property manager, or another client, that client may be best placed to answer why it was provided and who within its account may use it.
Shared commitments
- We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-app advertising.
- We use information to provide, secure, support, and improve the service, follow a client's configuration, and meet legal obligations.
- Access within a client account is based on roles, permissions, and relevant property or team scope.
- Service providers receive information only when needed for services such as hosting, security, messaging, email, payments, accounting, cloud storage, maps, analytics, translation, or configured automation, and must provide equivalent protection consistent with this framework and applicable requirements.
- We keep information only while needed for its stated purpose, the client's operations, security, dispute handling, contractual or legal duties, and ordinary backup cycles.
Security and international processing
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No system is completely secure, so users should also protect their credentials, devices, provider accounts, and integration access.
Rental AutoPilot is based in Indonesia. Systems and providers used to deliver the service may process data in Indonesia or other countries. Where required, we take reasonable steps to protect personal data when it is transferred or processed internationally.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law and your relationship with Rental AutoPilot, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Some requests may need to be handled by the client that controls the relevant employment, staff, guest, reservation, or property data. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
A logged-in user can request account deletion from the Account area in Settings. Confirmed deletion is scheduled after a 14-day grace period, subject to information that must be retained by law, legitimate security or dispute records, and ordinary backup-retention cycles.
Optional analytics choice
Rental AutoPilot automatically counts aggregate page requests without setting a cookie, storing a visitor identifier, or retaining the visitor's raw IP address in that counter. More detailed browser analytics runs only after optional analytics cookies are accepted.

Children's privacy
Rental AutoPilot is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the website, CMS, or Staff App.
Changes and contact
We may update this framework and the focused notices from time to time. The effective date shows when this version took effect. Material updates may also be communicated through the CMS or by direct notice where appropriate.
